Creative & Production
Make the strategy impossible to ignore.
Overview
This is where BGprod started, and it is still the reason the strategy work lands. We keep deep internal and partner production capability — film, photography, animation, audio, 3D, web — so a decision made in a strategy session in March is on screen, in market and in the sales deck by June without being handed to three unrelated vendors first.
Problems we're brought in to solve
- 01The strategy deck is excellent and nothing in market reflects it.
- 02Your category is invisible: nobody has ever seen the thing you sell working.
- 03You need a film, a campaign, a site and a deck that are recognizably the same company.
- 04The last agency produced beautiful work that answered a different question.
- 05You need it in English and French, and the French cannot look like an afterthought.

How it runs
- 01
Start from the decision
Creative briefs at BGprod start with the strategic position and the behaviour we are trying to change, not with a format and a runtime.
- 02
Find the visual idea
One idea strong enough to survive a 6-second cut-down, a 40-foot trade booth and a slide in a boardroom.
- 03
Produce it properly
Directors, DOPs, editors, composers, animators, developers and 3D artists assembled for the assignment — from Montréal and Toronto out through the network.
- 04
Cut it for every surface
One production, versioned for broadcast, social, sales, events, investor decks and internal comms — in both official languages from the outset.
