CRM & Sales Enablement

Turn attention into opportunity.

Overview

We are not a CRM implementation shop. We treat the CRM as what it actually is — the communications infrastructure wrapped around the customer journey. The platform is already installed at most of our clients. What is missing is the strategy, the messages, the sequences and the sales tools that make it worth having.

Problems we're brought in to solve

  • 01Marketing generates leads. Sales says the leads are bad. Both are partly right and nobody has the data to settle it.
  • 02The CRM contains thousands of contacts and no working definition of a qualified one.
  • 03Every seller has built their own deck, and none of them say the same thing.
  • 04Deals stall in the middle and nobody knows what to send.
  • 05You are being compared to a competitor in rooms you are not invited to.

The system

  1. Awareness
  2. Visitor
  3. Lead
  4. MQL
  5. SQL
  6. Opportunity
  7. Customer
  8. Advocate

How it runs

  1. 01

    Agree on the definitions

Visitor, lead, MQL, SQL, opportunity, customer, advocate. Written down, agreed by both marketing and sales leadership, before a single workflow is touched.

  2. 02

    Map the real buying journey

Not the funnel on the slide — the actual sequence of internal conversations at the customer, including the people who never speak to you but can kill the deal.

  3. 03

    Write the communications layer

Nurture sequences, stage-specific content, objection handling, ROI narratives, battlecards. Each one attached to a stage transition it is meant to cause.

  4. 04

    Arm the sellers

One deck system that survives contact with a real meeting. One-pagers, proposal frameworks and case studies that a seller will actually use because they are faster than building something themselves.

  5. 05

    Instrument it

Reporting that answers one question honestly: which communications are moving deals, and which are decorating them.
